Conference held on Mahatma Jyotirao Phule Jayanti, announcements for development of Mali community

Ranchi: The Ranchi District Mali Malakar Kalyan Samiti organized a grand annual conference on the occasion of the 199th birth anniversary of Mahatma Jyotirao Phule at Pahi Banquet Hall, Morabadi. Union Minister of State for Defence and Ranchi MP Sanjay Seth and Ranchi Mayor Roshni Khalkho were present on the occasion.

The Mayor announced the establishment of a flower market for the Mali community, while Sanjay Seth assured support for the construction of a building in the name of Mahatma Jyotirao Phule and Savitribai Phule.

Committee President Suresh Malakar presented the annual report and outlined plans for community development, while Secretary Sujit Kumar shared financial details. Winners of a drawing competition were felicitated and children presented cultural programmes. The conference witnessed participation from Ranchi as well as Jamshedpur, Bokaro, Ramgarh and other regions, and concluded with a pledge for unity and development of the community.
