One person, one post policy should be implemented immediately at RU and DSPMU: NSUI

Ranchi: An NSUI delegation, led by District President Akshay Mahato and DSPMU President Aryan Kumar, met with Ranchi University Registrar Dr. Gurucharan Sahu and Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee University Registrar Dr. Dhananjay Vasudev Dwivedi and submitted a memorandum of demands.

State Vice President Aman Ahmad stated that despite the Raj Bhavan’s order, the one person, one post policy has not yet been implemented. His Excellency’s orders have been ignored, and not following his orders is an attack on the dignity of his position and a disregard for his orders.

How many officials and professors are there at Ranchi University and Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee University, who hold three or four posts? However, officials and professors are unable to focus on their specialization, causing difficulties for students in their studies and other cultural programs.

This has disrupted the administrative system, significantly impacting academic work.

National Student Union Of India (NSUI) demanded that the RU and DSPMU university administrations immediately implement the “one-person, one-post” policy, and that officials and professors holding three or four posts be removed from their positions and given to new individuals as desired so that academic work can continue smoothly and students do not face any problems. Otherwise, theNational Student Union Of India (NSUI) will launch a phased protest.

Student figures present included District Vice President Manisha Gadi, District Secretary Aradhana Gadi, Neelam Lakra, Amrita Oraon, Ashwin Raj, Toppo, Ankit Ekka, Santosh Oraon, and others.
