Ranchi: The players from the Indumati Tibrewal Saraswati Vidya Mandir School gave outstanding performances and took home eight medals, including two gold, two silver, and four bronze, at the 36th Taekwondo Competition, which was hosted by Vidya Bharati Akhil Bharatiya Shiksha Sansthan in Bhulinagar, Dhanbad, from September 11 to 14.
Shubham Kumar and Anshu Kumari took home silver medals, while Divya Pandey and Srishti Priya took home gold.Priya Kumari, Ishika Kumari, Diksha Kumari, and Mansi Kumari were among those who took home the bronze.
It is worth mentioning here that the two gold medal winners have secured their place in the S.G.F.I. also.
The school family congratulated all the winning players and wished them a bright future. School Principal Ramesh Kumar Singh praised and congratulated the school team.
School Managing Committee chairman Santan Pandey, Secretary Sanjay Sinha, and Treasurer Mukesh Sah, while encouraging the winning players, said that this splendid success is the result of the hard work of the students, the guidance of the coach, and the sports facilities provided by the school.
Taekwondo coach Vikas Keshari and patron Shreya Kumari congratulated all the winners and said that this achievement will become an inspiration for even bigger successes in the times to come. The entire school family expressed pride and happiness on this performance of the students.
