Chatra: Tibrewal Saraswati Vidya Mandir felicitated meritorious students of the school organising a function in the school premises on Monday.
The programme started with lighting of lamp jointly by MLA Janardan Paswan and Vidya Bharati Jharkhand State Secretary Nakul Kumar Sharma , Hazaribagh Head Omprakash Sinha, Co-Head Brajesh Kumar Singh, Patron of School Management Executive Committee Dr. Vijay Agarwal, President Santan Pandey, Secretary Sanjay Sinha, Treasurer Mukesh Sah and Founder Principal of the school Kailash Prasad and Principal Ramesh Kumar Singh.
After Saraswati Vandana, the welcome song was presented by the sisters.
The introduction of the programme was done by Sachin Kumar Dubey. Guest introduction and welcome was done by the Principal Singh. Prize distribution was done by Pankaj Pandey.
A total of 205 students of Indumati Tibrewal School appeared in JAC Board Examination. Sister Nancy Raj became the topper of her school by scoring 94.6% and got sixth rank in Chatra district. Anjali Kumari got seventh rank in the district by scoring 94.4% and Riya Kumari got ninth rank in the district by scoring 94%.
A total of 11 brothers and sisters who came in top 10 in JAC Board and brothers who were successful in JEE Advance, Kumar Surjeet and Rajdeep Kumar, were honoured by the school management with smart watches and certificates.
Those who remained successful in the examination were honoured with a project file. Along with this, their parents were honoured with clothes and Hanuman Chalisa.
Addressing the programme, MLA Paswan appreciated the school management and its students for their performance in academic field.
“This school is a very prestigious school and the children here are performing very well in both studies and sports. I keep getting information from time to time through newspaper news, social media,” he said.
On the occasion 13 digital touch panels of 72 inches installed in the classrooms were inaugurated by the local MLA Janardan Paswan and the state secretary of Vidya Vikas Samiti, Nakul Kumar Sharma. State secretary Sharma on the underlined the importance of technology in education.
While inaugurating the digital panel in the school, he said that it will help students understand the subject in a better way without any difficulty. He assured to bear the full cost of the digital panel installed in the school as well as the digital panel to be installed in the remaining upcoming schools.
State Secretary Nakul Kumar Sharma praised the contribution of mothers by calling them the first guru. He said that Vidya Bharti not only honours the students but also their parents and recognizes their cooperation.
Patron Dr. Vijay Agarwal and President Santan Pandey also addressed the programme and wished the students who performed well for their bright future.
The Honorable Secretary of the School Management Committee, Sanjay Sinha, while expressing his gratitude and thanks to all. He asked students to get ready for future competition.
