State health minister enjoys cricket taking break from election campaign

Ranchi: State health minister Banna Gupta, who is contesting election as Congress candidate from Jamshedpur (West), on Sunday enjoyed cricket taking a break from election campaign. His contest this time is likely to be the tough as veteran leader Saryu Roy, who in 2019 assembly election defeated sitting CM Raghubar Das in latter’s constituency as an independent candidate, and played an important role to stop BJP from coming into power, is in fray from the same constituency. Roy and Gupta has been alleging each other of corruption and they are also indulged in legal battle on the issue. Result of the election in the constituency is likely to be uncertain as cricket.
