Ranchi: Acting chief justice of Jharkhand High Court Justice Sujit Narayan Prasad on Wednesday administered oath of office to newly nominated Jharkhand governor Santosh Gangwar in a swearing-in ceremony organized at the Raj Bhavan’s Birsa Mandap.
On this occasion, Chief Minister Hemant Soren, Assembly Speaker Rabindra Nath Mahato, all ministers and officials were present.
Gangwar is 12th governor of Jharkhand. He replaced C.P.Radhakrishnan, who has been nominated Maharastra governor by President Draupadi Murmu on Saturday.
