RANCHI: The four-day Aurora 26 art and cultural festival commenced today with a vibrant ceremony led by Mr. Rishabh Kumar Jha, Superintendent of Police (ATS). Inaugurating the event via a ribbon-cutting and balloon release, Mr. Jha called upon the thousands of students in attendance to lead a crusade against substance abuse and dedicate their energy to sports and creative arts.

The campus has been transformed into a hub of student entrepreneurship and athleticism. On the sports field, intense competitions in Kabaddi are drawing crowds ahead of tomorrow’s grand final, while food stalls managed by students are serving everything from traditional Jharkhandi Bara Dhuska to modern fast food.

Dean Dr. Ashok Sharan and Center Director Dr. Vijay Kumar Jha highlighted that the festival is more than just a celebration; it is a critical platform for developing the management skills and resilience needed for future challenges. Organized by convener Dr. Ashutosh Mishra, the event continues through the weekend with a packed schedule of cultural performances.
