Bagodar MLA Nagendra Mahto pays homage to former PM Vajpayee on his birth anniversary

Keshwari: On the occasion of Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s birth anniversary, Bagodar MLA Nagendra Mahto pays homage.

At the village panchayat Keshwari Chowk under the Saraiya block, a special tribute was organized to commemorate the birth anniversary of the late Prime Minister, Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee. Bagodar MLA and Chief of the Legislative Assembly, Nagendra Mahto, placed a garland and offered floral tributes at the statue of Atal Ji.

Addressing the gathering, MLA Nagendra Mahto said: “Atal Bihari Vajpayee was not just a brilliant statesman — he was also a visionary thinker and poet who shaped the destiny of our nation. During his tenure as Prime Minister, he transformed India’s infrastructure — roads, communications, education — and made bold decisions in nuclear energy, elevating the country to new heights. He gave Jharkhand statehood, granting tribal, indigenous communities, farmers, and youth a new identity and opportunities for development. The progress Jharkhand enjoys today owes much to his farsighted policies. His ideals and vision continue to inspire us.”
