Four-day national camp on MMA and striking MMA in Ranchi

Ranchi: Four-day national camp on MMA and striking MMA began on Thursday at The Strength MMA Gym( Jharkhand MMA Association) on the 1st floor of , Dev Bhavan in Nova Nagar, near Major Kothi Chowk on Bajra Itki Road in the heart of the Jharkhand capital. As many as 50 male and female trainees of different age groups are participating in the camp which start at 9am and continue till evening.

Famous trainer Abdul Muneer has come from Bangalore to impart training to budding martial art talent of the state. Muneer is owner of Bodyforce Fight Club apart from being AIMMAF general secretary, national coach, international official refree and judge and GAMMA international technical officer.

Snigdh Gaurav, who is committed to give top MMA players from the state, the training will help participants get basic knowledge of techniques, prowess, strength, basic skill about MMA, control and balance of body and gain the muscles memory, flexibility, agility, strength stamina, endurance and core.
