IHM Ranchi Principal Presents Coffee Table Book on Jharkhand Cuisine to Hon’ble Governor Santosh Gangwar
Ranchi, October 3:In a distinguished courtesy call, Dr. Bhupesh Kumar, Principal of the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM), Ranchi, along with Chef Rajneesh Singh and Mr. Praveen Raman, met Hon’ble Governor of Jharkhand, Shri Santosh Gangwar. On this occasion, Dr. Kumar presented the institute’s extraordinary coffee table book “Savoring Jharkhand: A Culinary Journey of Indigenous Flavours” to the Hon’ble Governor.
