Garbage dump in front of Aroma Palace near Albert Ekka Chowk (old Firayalal Chowk) in the heart of Jharkhand capital exposes the poor garbage management plan of Ranchi Municipal Corporation led by an IAS officer called 'Municipal Commissioner'. Those reside in the apartment said that despite several attempts garbage dump exist in front of the apartment. Those reside in the apartment include Manoj Kumar, Niraj Singh and Vijay Jalan besides an advocate of Jharkhand High Court,Suraj Verma.
