Indian Bank, Harmu, organises customer meet

Ranchi: A customer meet was organised at the Harmu branch of Indian Bank on Friday at the direction of zonal manager Rajesh Sharan. 

As many as 25 customers were present on the occasion in the branch office. Branch Manager Dharmesh Pandey welcomed them and invited their opinion to make the branch the best branch of the Ranchi Zone.

RTI activist, social worker, and entrepreneur Sarvesh Singh, who is a 14-year-old customer of the bank, was also present on the occasion with old staff of the branch, which was earlier known as Allahabad Bank. He remembered an old branch manager, Mr. Mahapatra, saying the former opened his account when the latter was branch manager.

A retired bank official, Jayant Jha, was present on the occasion. He also remembered old days and challenges of dealing with customers. Chief manager of the zonal office Swetang Rukhiyar, his close officer Manish Kumar and Devesh Kumar from the processing cell were praised on the occasion for their nice behaviour with customers.
