Ranchi: Under the guidelines of the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, and the guidance of Principal Dr. Bhupesh Kumar, the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) Ranchi organized a grand ‘Tiranga Yatra’ as part of the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign. The aim of the initiative was to foster emotional connection and respect for the National Flag among citizens.
The yatra commenced at 11:00 AM from the institute campus, passing through Brambe village and nearby areas. During the rally, the institute distributed 300 National Flags among local residents, encouraging them to participate in the campaign and hoist the Tricolour at their homes.
Principal Dr. Bhupesh Kumar, faculty members, non-teaching staff, and students participated enthusiastically in the event. The patriotic atmosphere of the rally was warmly welcomed by the local community, who praised IHM Ranchi’s initiative.
Addressing the gathering, Dr. Kumar commended the discipline and dedication of the participants, noting that such initiatives fortify the spirit of patriotism among youth, galvanize them towards nation-building, and imbue Independence Day celebrations with deeper meaning and inspiration.
