RTI activist asks union labour ministry for monthly collection of fine in EPFO

Ranchi: A RTI activist and an entrepreneur Sarvesh Kumar Singh wrote a letter to union labour and employment minister for monthly collection of fine in EPFO Central Provident Fund Organisation 

“It is a request with respect that in case of monthly delay in paying PF in EPFO, the penalty amount should be reflected in the next month itself because small entrepreneurs face a lot of difficulty in paying the huge penalty after a year. Hence, it is requested of the Honorable Minister that the late pay of EPFO should be reflected monthly so that the company and the people do not face any problem in paying it,” the letter reads.
