Punam Mishra holds the title of strong woman of Asia

Ranchi: Generating possibilities at the face of challenge Punam Mishra held the title of strong woman of Asia in ASIA Raw Power Lifting Championship held in VENUE CITRUS PRIME in Goa from December 1 to 3.

The event was organised by Rain Powerlifting India.In the event she won three gold. The event in which she won gold included overall powerlifting, single bench press and single dead lift.

A resident of Jorar in Namkum Mishra is associated with Fitness First Gym. Her coach is Sunil Munda.
Earlier Mishra has participated in many state, east zone and national event besides Khelo India. She so far has received eight gold, seven silver and one bronze medals.
