CUJ assistant registrar Dr Shivendra returns to Ranchi after participating RSS Vijay Dashmi function in Nagpur

Ranchi: Central University of Jharkhand assistant registrar Dr Shivendra Kumar alongwith his wife, Kusum, and daughter, Yashashvi, returned to city after participating in Vijaya Dashmi function organised by RSS at its national headquarter in Nagpur. RSS Sarsanghchalak Mohan Madhukar Bhagwat addressed the function.

Sharing his experience Dr Kumar, who was invited as guest, said the programme was memorable.

“Sarsanghchalak has invited me. After the first Swyamsevak of undivided Bihar, Babua Jee, who was given an opportunity in 1999, I was fortunate enough to get the opportunity from this region despite coming from a poor background. One October 10 when we reached Nagpur station volunteers were waiting for us despite the train being late by three hours. We were welcomed by all with bouquets of flowers before we were taken to Resham Bagh. The programme was chalked out in such a way that we could not realize how the four days passed in Nagpur. When Kshetra Pracharak Ji came to the dinner table at night, I realized how sweet and calm Kshetra Pracharak ji was by nature. He asked my daughter Yashashvi as to whom she had come to meet. She replied ‘Mohan Dadaji’,” he said.

Sharing his experience further, he said: “Visiting the house of the most respected Adya Sarsanghchalak Ji on 11.10.24 was equivalent to a pilgrimage. We also visited the Samadhi place of the most respected Doctor Saheb and the most respected Guruji located in Reshim Bagh. Tears welled up in my eyes after seeing the pictures. We also visited the Mahal office museum and also got to meet the most respected Mohan ji. He took out the chocolate from the chocolate box and gave it to my daughter. He gave me a book. I was overwhelmed to hear the experiences of the Pracharak Parivar. I also expressed my feelings among the Pracharak family. My family and I enjoyed the traditional meal.”

“On 12.10.24 Vijayadashami was celebrated with great pomp and show. Sarsanghchalak Ji addressed the programme. His words were inspiring. He clarified that be it the acceptance of India’s spirit of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam by the world community in international politics or technology or rural development or religion, the questions made it clear to the world that India’s fortunes are in prosperity,” he said.
