Tender process hurried is tender process buried

Bokaro: It is said that justice delayed is justice denied and justice hurried is justice burried. The same thing is applible is tendering process. This require proper investigation why Bokaro administration is in so hurry to finalise a tender. Tender documents suggests that it has been prepared to benefit a single person.

A RTI activist informed this saying the government which claims to be law abiding and protector of constitution must order a probe into the matter.
