Emergency landing of chopper in Dhurwa crop field

Ranchi: A chopper landed on a barren uneven land in Dhurwa in emergency situation. There is no information of any casualty in the incident. Reason behind the emergency landing is yet to be ascertained.

Sources close to information said the chopper was on way to Bangalore from Darbhanga. It has landed at Birsa Munda Airport on Friday for refuelling but when it took after for refuelling it faced visibility problem near Jharsuguda due to bad weather conditions. It attempted to land at Birsa Airport again but finding it difficult it landed an open space  in smart city in Dhurwa.

Today morning it took off.
